WHY SELL WITH OUR

PROFESSIONALS?

Choosing the correct real estate agent to sell your home is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. It can be the difference between your home sitting on the market for months or selling quickly, for hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars more. Your home is a very personal, important, and valuable asset, and it can be an emotional and complicated endeavor to sell it, especially in today’s challenging marketplace. Numerous questions and concerns will need to be addressed, and the advice and consultation that you receive can make a tremendous difference in the results. Marketing and advertising, remodeling and/or upgrading, photography, internet exposure, staging, design, floor-plan measurements, videography, timing and presentation, inspections, pre-market exposure, agent outreach and relationships, open houses, pricing, and dozens more nuances and subtleties all make up the difference between failure and a successful sale.

CHOOSE AN AGENT

STEP 1:

The easiest and most important step when trying to sell your house quickly is selecting an agent with a  good track record and the dedication it takes to pursue a quick sale. Before selecting an agent you know, make sure that they have a good track record that combines quick sales with an emphasis on getting their clients the most money and the best experience possible.

USE SOCIAL MEDIA CHANELS

STEP 2:

Most people are on social media these days, and while your agent will be posting on his/her company social media accounts in an attempt to find a  buyer, there’s always a chance that the person who wants to buy your house is one of the people you have as a contact on your own social media. Plus- you know all the best parts of your house, so you can really describe them, and people are more likely to trust you if they know you! It’s a win win!

STEP 3:

Everyone has their own personal style, and if you’re someone whose style is a more uncommon one, you will definitely want to consider staging your house if you would like to sell it quickly. Some real estate agents offer complimentary staging and will bring in neutral, attractive furniture to make your house as universally pleasing as possible.

STAGE YOUR HOME

MAKE THE DEAL

STEP 4:

A buyer has made an offer - now it is time to negotiate. Rely on your real estate professional to guide you through this process. Once you have accepted an offer, help keep the deal together by meeting deadlines and criteria, including home inspections, appropriate buyer visits, scheduled deposits and other steps. In fact, during this period there may be a renegotiation of the accepted offer price depending on the outcomes of these visits.
